Chapter 23: A Shadow Approaching at Full Speed
Jones-san and Ange left to catch the last Shinkansen.
As Ange was leaving, she said, “We’ll have a break soon. See you again, Onii-chan.”
Those words felt ominous. I hope she isn’t planning to visit again during Golden Week. Considering Jones-san might have some follow-up work, that would probably be when they’d come.
I might have to prepare an extra futon for them. If money is tight, maybe a sleeping bag will do.
I’m exhausted. The room’s a mess, but I’ll clean it tomorrow. Tonight, I just need sleep.
…
Wait a minute. Ange forgot her underwear. It was hidden behind the bed, so I didn’t notice.
She’s grown so much that she hardly looks like a middle schooler anymore, but her underwear hasn’t changed—still not sexy. Not that I want my little sister wearing sexy panties.
…
But why did she leave her panties behind the bed? There was no reason for her to change clothes.
Did she wet herself after that spanking? Or worse, did she have an accident?
I picked up the panties to check for any stains.
…They’re clean. Not a single mark.
Maybe these were a spare pair. I could sniff them to check, but I'll respect her privacy.
I tossed the panties aside.
…And suddenly, sleep hit me hard.
***
“Damn, I overslept!”
Without setting an alarm, I woke up at 10:30 AM. That shows how exhausted I was.
“…Oh, it’s Sunday.”
I calmed down. It’s been a while since I had a day with no plans.
Still, I had some chores. Thanks to Ange, the bread meant for two days was gone in one.
“Guess I’ll have to buy something to eat…”
Living alone makes you talk to yourself. It’s normal, right?
…
…
But, of course…
“…Sorry to bother you.”
Why did I run into NTR#2 Kojima-san the moment I stepped outside? It’s like I’m cursed to meet people I don’t want to see every day.
She looks like she's been waiting, her hair a disheveled mess, looking desperate. This is going to be a hassle.
I decided to ignore her and focus on getting some food.
“Hey, Yuuta…”
“…”
“Please, can we talk?”
“Oh, it’s the Molester Cop!!”
“Kyaaa!”
“…Oh, never mind. Just a guy in a trench coat.”
Her reaction was amusing. Feeling a bit better after teasing her, I decided to hear her out. She'd been trying to talk to me for a while, and I didn’t want her spiraling into depression.
“So, what do you want?”
“…Yuuta, are you really quitting university?”
“…Huh?”
Oh, right. I forgot to tell Kojima-san I wasn't quitting. It didn't seem important enough to remember. My memory's really slipping.
“So, if you think I’m annoying, I'll stay out of your way! I won't talk to you! Just… please, don’t drop out…”
But here you are, talking to me.
Typical b***h behavior. Every word out of her mouth is a joke. She’s a mess in every way possible.
How should I handle this? If she were a decent girl, I'd be happy to help, but dealing with her is like dealing with a cursed object.
First things first, I need to eat. Priorities.

Honestly this author should have completely committed to comedy. I've had more than a few chuckles at the MCs inner monologue.
The premise of the story itself kinda feels like wasted potential when you consider how amusing MC's thoughts are.
me gustaria una ilustracion de como se ve cada personaje
Priorities indeed
