Chapter 73 | Dinner
Me, Rika, and Dahlia decided to have dinner.
Saburo led us to the main banquet hall, but…
“Saburo-san, why is no one here?”
The banquet hall was a Japanese-style room so huge that it was hardly a school gymnasium.
We were the only three people in the room.
I had a very, very bad feeling in my head.
“Kogen-sama thought it would be better if it was quiet, so he reserved the whole place for us.”
“Grandpaaaa!”
He is indeed the head of a very big corporation called Kaida Group, one of the three biggest zaibatsu in Japan.
But what is he doing?
My goodness!
“Wow, that’s amazing, Onii-chan’s grandfather…”
“He’s beyond amazing, he’s scary…”
Rika and Dahlia nodded their heads in agreement.
He really is a stupid grandpa.
“I’m sorry, I’ll be really angry with him later.”
“Ah, um…it’s not really a nuisance. Right, Dahlia?”
“Yeah, you’re right. I was just surprised.”
Thank God, they seem to forgive me.
“Saburo, couldn’t you at least have guessed that they would be surprised?”
“Eh? Wouldn’t a bigger room be better?”
That’s no good because this person is also quite stupid…
“Come on, come on! Sit, sit, sit! This is a banquet dish made with delicious seafood! I wanted Shinji-kun and the others to enjoy it so much that I called in a professional to cook it for them!”
“”Professional?””
Then, the staff brought in the dishes.
Among them, a man as big as Saburo-san appeared quietly.
A big guy dressed like a chef, wearing sunglasses…
“Jirota-san! Why?”
“Saburo called me. Shinji-kun and the others wanted to eat a large amount of food, so we went ahead quickly with a helicopter.”
This is Saburo’s brother, Jirota-san.
He once came to pick us up by helicopter.
He is an amazing man who can do anything.
He came all the way from Tokyo, even though he has a job as a bodyguard at his family’s place…
“Hey, bro, thanks a lot. I haven’t had sushi made by you in a while, so I thought this would be perfect.”
“Saburo, I don’t think you’re the one who should eat it.”
“Oh, come on, it’s fine. Kogen-sama sent over a lot of seafood, and I and my fiancée will help make sure it doesn’t go bad.”
“If Shinji-kun says it’s okay.”
“It’s okay, right?”
I nodded my head. This person is truly a free man…
It’s not mandatory but if you like my TLs and want to support me you can do it on Ko-fi and Patreon.
