Rika got jealous.
It seems she was jealous of her relationship with Ru-chan.
“That’s so mean.”
“Now, now, Rika-san. Calm down. Shin-kun and I are just relatives.”
Ru-chan tried to calm Rika down with a bitter smile.
“What do you think? You like her, don’t you?”
She doesn’t really believe me.

“Ru-chan, you have someone else you like right now, don’t you?”

Ryuko blushes and nods.
“Yes, that’s right. They're work partners, and Ryuko likes her a lot.”
“You’re the one who said it?”
Ryuko and I both retorted.
Well, if she said it herself, I’d understand, but why is the real grandfather talking about it with such a smug look on his face…it doesn’t make sense…
“I-Is there really someone else you like?”
Rika asks Ru-chan as she still has doubts.
“Oh, there’s a photo. Do you want to see it?”
“Sure!”
Ru-chan takes out her flip phone.
Rika moves next to her and looks at her phone.
“Oh…! An adult! Who’s that?”
“She’s my work partner, an editor.”
“Work! What do you do?”
“A bit of a light novel writer.”
“Oh!”
Hehehe.
The two of them are getting along well.
“Are you jealous, big brother?”
Dahlia asks with a grin.
No way.
“No, no. I’m just glad the misunderstanding was cleared up.”
