I completed the difficult mission of changing my shoes in the shoe rack.

I’m amazed I made it through.

I crossed the hallway hand in hand with Rika.

We came to the front of the classroom.

I used to hate coming here.

On Christmas Day, I was bullied by my classmates, including my ex-girlfriend.

But now, I don’t really care.

“Well, let’s go, Rika, Dahlia.”

“Yes!”

“No, no, no, wait a minute.”

Oh, no, Dahlia is calling me over.

What is it?

“I can’t go.”

“Oh, no! Why not? Is it hard for you to get into the class?”

“No, no, no. I’m in the class next door.”

Dahlia was in another class. Me and Rika were in different classes.

“I’m sorry to hear that…”

I thought the three of us would be able to have a fun school life together.

The third semester is almost over.

“I’m sure we’ll see each other again soon.”

Dahlia took a small breath, but then smiled and patted me on the head.

“I’ll see you soon. See you later.”

“Yes, see you later. Rika-tan, Onii-chan, don’t be too…uh…whatever.”

What was she trying to warn me about?

I don’t know, but we waved goodbye to Dahlia.

Well, I got myself together, and holding hands with Rika, I went into the classroom.
