Synopsis
“I'll naturally end up with Rin” — that's what Mimura Sota believed.
He had known Himuro Rin since elementary school, his childhood friend. There was no need for a confession. They were always together, so someday it would simply turn into that on its own. Thinking that way, he kept putting off giving shape to his feelings. Worse, in front of his friends he even badmouthed her, pretending it was just out of embarrassment.
And then the one who appeared was Fujimiya Ito — the biggest playboy in school.
Ito, who was supposed to be completely used to girls, fumbles awkwardly in front of Rin. He gets flustered and loses his words, tries to say something clever and fails spectacularly. Even so, he never backs down. He never lies. He comes at her with pure, straightforward honesty.
Rin is bewildered. There's no way she can trust a guy like that. A playboy, flashy, the exact opposite of her.
—And yet, why does her heart get so noisy when she's with him?
The “normal” she had with her childhood friend begins to crumble.
This is the story of the consequences faced by a boy who could never say “I love you” to the girl he loved, and the first true love experienced by a playboy.
