Chapter 7: Betrayal of best friend girl

I went to the raws of this, and the only thing I can say of this story is that its trash. This author shows in this work that he has the perfect mindset to go and do some quick money grab NTR shit works, cause this novel pretty much revolves around that kind of trashy world building. And yes this will be a rant with spoilers.
Why I say this is trash? Well, everything on this novel its too convenient for the sake of the plot. Nothing feels organic or believable, inner thoughts are redundant and shallow(maybe something got lost on the MTL but still, you get a clear gist of it), and we get to see that since chapter one. We also got a world set up in where seems to be more persons in this world that will commit sexual assaults without any restrain that normal pp, and almost all the girls surrounding the MC will have or had been sexually abused, so... all the "betrayals", "traumas" and dramas will revolt around sexual situations.
To make the story short; MC family owns a big company, its said that takes part in food industry, health and education, so yeah, some sort of Black Rock. Also this company owns a facility in US that educate and rehabilitate children that where abused or had other difficult issues, and makes them into "proper members of society"(indoctrination) Yukina its from that facility, and she had known MC since childhood.
MC goes thru difficult times(the ones presented in this few chapters), but he keeps going forward with the help of Yukina.
Gonna try to resume things that happen after this chapter:
We got this event with Tomomi, they still went to school, but MC did not spoke to her ever again till years later. Also MC became depressed, so one day when he was at its lowest, went to visit his father grave and "coincidentally" reunited with Yukina in that place. They talk and all and went back to live together. Frome here, the raws go with the POV of the first 3 girls Rena, Yukina and Tomomi

Rena: The situation with this girl was pretty stupid imo. She got approached by ex, ex told her that wanted to apology to MC, cause when they where kissing, MC saw them, and he conveniently took a picture to convince Rena, so in order to do a proper apology the had to go together to MCs house and surprise surprise, she invited him inside MCs house when MC wasn't there, she got drugged and raped, why sh invited an stranger to a house that is not even hers? in japanese culture, inviting you to the house its kinda big deal, so for her to take that attribution its kinda BS. Well then the drug issue, was brand new soda can? I got lost there cause the carbonated water was shaken and sort and sort, in the end she drank it and fell. Moments after MC runs from the house, Yukina arrives the house and finds Rena wasted, so she comforts her and convinces her to report this and put the ex into trial in a way to atone to MC. Well trial happens, and conveniently(again), MC family company has as a sub contractor deal with the family of the ex. So in the end, the issue wasn't settled by a money arrangement and the trial went on, having the ex sent to jail for 5yr and 7mo. After that Rena atempted suicide but survived(idk how or when, wasn't very clear the situation due MTL), and in the hospital Yukina offers her to go to a facility that will help her to recover.
Years after, she will reunite with MC, they will talk about all that happened and reach some kind of peace of mind for both, but then... here we go again with the convenient situations... ex shows up again, after his years on jail he wanted vengeance and ruin MC, so he kidnaps Rena with the help of his gang and sets up a trap. Ties up Rena and starts abusing her, the other guys follow suit. Part of this trap was also to beat down MC, so he sets up a fight between MC and a street brawler girl, MC wins, then knock down the other guys till one guy threatens to cut Renas neck. When all was lost, again conveniently the big gangster that are above in hierarchy than the ex settle down the issue setting Rena free and allow them to leave the place safe.

Yukina: The situation that the MC saw, was obviously a misunderstanding, cause Yukina, as young as it was, had the difficult task of CEO, and had the directors against her or mostly looking down on her. So what she was doing its setting up honey traps in order to black mail the ppl against her, cause obviously, every single one of the board directors that where against her where sexual abusers. So she set up cameras at the president office, and with the help of her partner, they got all the evidence needed to settle her position. All for the sake of protecting the MC.
Then we got revealed that Yukina was never inscribed in the family register as a wife, but as a daughter, so she in the end was MC step sister. We got revealed also that Yukina first love was MC, cause in the facility, MC visited her when she was with scars(cause Yukina, to stop her step father abuse, she cut and burned herself to be ugly), MC gave optimisms to Yukina, using the words that his mom told him and they became friends, or more than friends. They exchanged letters(I guess handwritten, and in japanese culture, if you put the time to handwrite something, its cause its meaning its very very important), so Yukina really had a deep love for MC.

Tomomi: we got the clear picture that she was being abused, then the situation with the step father in this chapter. Why did it happen? Cause the step father, alcoholic as it was, it was conveniently part of a gang, and he also has a sadistic fetish with watching her step daughter despair, so he blackmailed her to do the stuff presented in this chapter, under the threat that he will beat MC with his gang if she doesn't comply(he was going to do it regardless), so this girl, in his inner thoughts did not find any other better way to solve this issue that going along with this, cause she was soiled and not worthy of be with MC, so to "free" the MC from her, the brightest idea was to go along with the gang bang.
After MC leaves the house, Yukina comes with a lot of her "staff" and takes down the gang and the step father, in that moment, step father ask help from Tomomi but she punch him and he gets taken away. Yukina proceeds to invite Tomomi to the same facility in order to heal and to attach the chance to see MC again and make amends.
Later on, she ranked 1 in this facility and reunited with MC, and they became some sort of friends.

After this few POVs, the story goes into how the MC recovers, he starts Boxing, his relationship with Yukina deepens, but she never reveals her true identity(as the girl that exchanges letters with MC). MC only knows that the girls name its Tachibana, and ask a couple of times to Yukina if she knows her, but she keeps the secret.
Well, in this time MC makes friends and start to get along with a new girl, that surprise surprise, also has a sexual trauma, in the end he ends up with her.

Why did he not end up with Yukina, the main "heroine" of this?
Cause this author decided that the best outcome for her was death. Yes, he put out of his ass a plot that involved Yukina to take down the facility, that after the death of MC father, was used to child and organ trafficking, and got caught in there. At this point I was pretty much fed up with this work, so skipped various things but the gist of it was that also this was part of hers to keep secret this dark situation from the MC, also to hide her "dark side" that she was kind of afraid to reveal to the MC(her dirty tricks, intelligence stuff and her relationship with not so good ppl, also she was unable to bear a child). IMO, she was the best support to MC to gain a strong position as CEO, and also had the best connection, but idk if it was cause the author was attempting a cheap angst or just for a cheap bittersweet, he decided to put this arc out of the blue and kill her. All this came after a few POVs from the new girls that at this point where not interesting at all. The last scene that we got of Yukina with MC, its that they are bathing together, and Yukina allows the MC to see her nude and some of her scars in hope that he realizes that she is Tachibana that he knows, and also praise her beauty, but MC says nothing and he never again sees Yukina. So stupid that this was my las trigger to drop any respect for this work and his author.

reading the raws, i just cant help but feel that author just hates his mc. everything in his life that can go wrong has one way or other went wrong. good thing this stopped uploading here
