…Why am I here?

I have no idea what it is, but my body hurts… Hungry?

Suddenly, I remembered certain memories as if my hazy vision had abruptly become clearer.

That a witch who had died exactly 200 years ago was actually me in my previous life. 

She was originally the daughter of a countess; however, she continued to study the arts of witchcraft and lived on as an unmarried witch.

Back then, she lamented the old woman’s body, which was no longer able to move.

She spent so much of her life acquiring the knowledge of witchcraft because she feared that if she died due to old age, she would be deemed worthless.’

In the end, she regretted that she could have done things she liked to do.

It would have been nice to be a bit happier.

I, Sofia, am the first princess, and I just celebrated my seventh birthday.

I didn’t even have a lady-in-waiting, let alone a servant to look after me.

I carefully analyzed my current situation and came to a conclusion.

This place is HORRIBLE. 

I could survive even if I ran out of the royal palace right now, but being searched would be a pain in the a*s.

As a princess, Sofia’s magical abilities would be registered, so even if I live outside, every time I use magic, my whereabouts will be determined.

Then… I would have to obtain permission before leaving.

Even after I complained about the absurdity of the situation, and if I’m still not permitted to leave the castle… 

I will destroy the entire palace and leave.
